What is R U OK Day? R U OK Day is Australia’s National Day of Action, when we remind people, it is okay to ask ‘Are you okay’ every day. R U OK day is all about creating awareness and education around mental health and breaking down the stigma that it is okay to not always be ok.
What is HVS Doing on R U OK Day? This Thursday there will be cupcake sales at each campus, these cupcakes are going to be made by the SRC and supporting staff. These cupcakes will be sold for $1 each and all donations will be made to R U OK organisation.
There will also be lots of fun activities run throughout the day.
